ReplyDeleteOur youthful days is one of the worlds treasures, but this treasure is not permanent. Whether we like it or not all us are facing this called "aging". We do a lot of efforts to be look young as before.. We do some research on what are the anti aging secrets and remedies. I agree with you that proper diet is one of the criteria to look younger.
